JobSnap Reports stores jobs, photos, notes, and settings on your device by default.

Cloud backup is optional, off by default, and available for signed-in Pro users. If you turn it on, JobSnap Reports stores your job details, notes, business profile, photo metadata, and job images in secure cloud storage under your account so they can return after your next sign-in.

If you do not turn on cloud backup, your jobs, photos, notes, and business profile stay on your device unless you choose to share a PDF through another app or service.

The app uses Apple In-App Purchase for the Pro unlock. Apple handles purchase processing.

If you share a PDF, the sharing app or service you choose handles that file under its own terms and privacy practices.

You can delete jobs and photos inside the app. If you use Delete Account & Erase Data while signed in, JobSnap Reports deletes any cloud backup for that account first, even if Cloud Backup is currently turned off, then removes jobs, photos, and settings stored on the device.
